We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience when visiting our Grade II listed venue. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information or to discuss your requirements on 023 9387 0200. If you require assistance whilst in our building please ask a member of staff and we will help in any way we can. Carers are eligible for free tickets. There is gentle ramp access into our main foyer for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. From the main foyer you can access the stalls, our café and lifts to all other floors. The steps inside the auditorium are quite shallow – our staff can advise on the best routes and access points at the time of booking or on your arrival. We have a limited number of wheelchair spaces in our auditorium which are bookable by calling or emailing our Box Office, these can not be booked online. Portsmouth Guildhall has accessible toilets on the Basement level which can be accessed by lifts on both sides of the main foyer areas. Hearing and Guide dogs are welcome but please inform Box Office at the time of booking as there is limited space available. If you do not wish to take your dog into the auditorium, our venue staff will ensure they are well looked after!
